I don't often post consecutive deviations but this is an exception. I have been listening to Lana Del Rey's "High By The Beach" on repeat all weekend. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnxpHI… It is from her new album Honeymoon.
It is really hypnotic and I love the melody. Lana's voice and beauty are well showcased in the video and I always liked her pouty cool calm angry face and the foul mouth that comes with it. Plenty of that in the video and the song.
This is my version of getting high be the beach. On a sunny, warm summer day at the beach I peg dozens of helium filled colorful balloons to the beach logs and watch them sway and shimmer by the sea breeze. That is plenty getting high by the beach for me. Oh and none of those flying objects were shot down.
